A garden room is another name for a conservatory / orangery style structure which can either be a standalone unit or as part of a home extension. At Orangeries UK we design and manufacture beautiful, bespoke garden room structures / glass garden rooms which can be installed by us or delivered to you as a DIY kit. This type of structure is a fantastic way of creating additional storage and living space in an area where you can surround yourself with green lawns, flowers, trees and fixtures / features and ornaments.

A garden room can be used as part of a property structure (like an Orangery or Conservatory) or as a standalone structure placed away from the property elsewhere in the garden. If you are planning on having a this type of structure built separately from the house you will require a foundation and potentially planning permission depending on the dimensions.
